Satellite tournaments have been the key for many aspiring poker pros to break through and win major tournaments such as the World Series of Poker and the World Poker Tour. Satellites are played in online poker rooms with winners moving on to the main event.
Steve Wynn’s commitment to poker extends to his plans for a new poker room that will feature 28 tables that will be drenched in opulent luxury with state of the art amenities. Wynn Resorts says that its stated goal is to create the ultimate poker gaming experience. The poker room will also feature a sports book with 35 television’s with 65 inch screens. There will be a high limit area that is all inclusive.
